Our prices and policies are simple, very straightforward and we never have any hidden charges. When you decide to call us for an appliance or furnace repair, you can expect the following: 1. Our service call goes towards the repair or service. 2. We will perform the repair or service only after you approve the job, based on an itemized estimate that is provided by our technician. 3. You will not be charged extra for our need to travel in order to reach you; you will also not be charged extra for repairs done at night or on the weekend. We are very flexible and accept the following payments: cash, major credit or debit cards, invoice payments or payments over the phone.
